06 · Before You Book
Come ready for a real mountain day.
Talamrout is a full-day mountain experience. A little preparation will help you enjoy the day from the first step to the last.

Fitness
You should be comfortable spending a full day on your feet and walking on uneven mountain terrain, including sustained uphill sections.

What to bring
Comfortable hiking shoes, water, sun protection, layers, a small backpack and anything you normally need for a full day outdoors.

Mountain conditions
Mountain conditions can change. The route or timing may be adjusted when necessary to keep the experience safe and appropriate for the conditions.
You don't need to be an experienced mountaineer. You do need to be ready to walk, climb and enjoy a full day in the mountains.
